My 5 best practices for protecting your energy 🔮👇🏻⠀

Your energy is saved but so many times you let other people impact your mood— if someone around you is feeling sad or angry, within 10 minutes, you start getting angry over the smallest things.⠀

Your energy gets completely detailed and suddenly you’re feeling unbalanced and out of alignment.⠀

It’s time to protect yourself babe.⠀

Here are my 5 best practices:⠀

1️⃣ Crystals – I carry Purple Obsidian with me everywhere. I keep it in my jacket pocket and my purse as it enhances the energetic shield around me. Black Obsidian, Black Tourmaline and Hematite work well too!⠀

2️⃣ Sage – Cleanse your space regularly. Burning sage eliminates all energy (good and bad) and allows you to have a fresh, cleansed space.⠀

3️⃣ Protection Prayer – Take a moment to call on God for protection— a simple, “Dear God, please surround me with a bubble of your white light full of your love and protection,” will do. Repeat throughout the day and anytime you feel your energy slip.⠀

4️⃣ Cord Cutting Meditation – The best way to detach from negative emotions towards a person or situation. You can find meditations on YouTube, my favorite is by Pura Rasa. Do this before bed for a restful, deep sleep.⠀

And the most important…⠀

5️⃣ Focus on raising your vibration DAILY – When you are vibing at a high frequency, the lower level emotions of sadness, shame and anger cannot touch you. They’ll repel off of you and head right back to their sender.⠀
