December 6, 2020

This has been a tumultuous year FOR sure, but I have SO, SO much to be grateful for.

My mother and father in law finally moved to the USA from Greece and have successfully created a life here despite Covid. Today, we celebrate their 1st Thanksgiving and their first holiday together as a family in 6 years.

I learned so many lessons of flow and ease and took this year to break the ancestral chains that have been holding women in my family back for generations. Because of this, I’m able to embody my feminine like never before and despite not knowing and having absolutely no sense of certainty, I’m happier and feel more alive than ever before.

My brother graduated from college and secured an amazing job that he starts in January.

My father has been embodying his servant heart by leading food distribution for hundreds of thousands of food insecure families in the Hartford area.

My mother and I have been able to spend more time together than ever before and we’ve done a lot of deep healing work to strengthen the sacred mother-daughter bond.

My husbands passion for creation is ever-evolving and in this season, photography has his heart and he takes the most gorgeous photos.

This year has been a reclamation of sorts— a returning home.

So many of you have been undoing what you’ve been doing for years. You’re letting your heart lead instead of your head.

This is just a glimpse of the new world we are creating. The gift of Covid has been rest, reflections and alignment with self.

Anything that is not in alignment with self has been broken— jobs, relationships, friendships, ways of living…

It feels like everything is blowing up right in front of your eyes, but the system is rigged and broken. It needs to be reset and that’s exactly what’s happening.

Everything is always happening for your greatest good.

On that note, I’m grateful for you being here and reading this.

Please send this to someone who needs some gratitude right now— I know a lot of you are separated from your loved ones today.

Remember— love is a vibration that’s available to you at any time.

I love you.
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃💜
XX, Lauren
